With the new ColorEdge CS2400S, EIZO introduces the new generation of 24" graphics monitors with a wide colour gamut. In addition to proven features such as the hardware calibratable 24" wide gamut display with a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels, the CS2400S offers numerous additional docking features via USB-C.
Central dock in the creative workflow
Only one cable is needed to transmit the image signal and to power the USB hub of the CS2400S. In addition, a mobile device can be supplied with up to 70 watts of charging current. In this way, the CS2400S becomes the central dock of the creative workflow with a flick of the wrist.
Perfection „out of the Box“
The CS2400S has a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels with an aspect ratio of 16:10 and thus offers noticeably more space than conventional monitors in 16:9. The IPS panel offers extremely wide coverage of the relevant colour spaces (e.g. 99 percent AdobeRGB). The Digital Uniformity Equalizer (DUE) ensures a homogeneous image representation and the 16-bit look-up table guarantees an absolutely precise colour representation with up to 10-bit colour depth.
The elaborate EIZO factory calibration ensures that the monitor is already perfectly calibrated and pre-calibrated when delivered and the user can get started straight away. For regular recalibration and to set your own calibration targets, the CS2400S is compatible with the EIZO ColorNavigator software, which can be downloaded free of charge.
Calibration report included
The ColorEdge CS2400S is the first CS Series ColorEdge monitor to come with a calibration report. Previously, this was reserved for CG Series monitors.
Economical and environmentally friendly
EIZO tries to act as sustainably and resource-conserving as possible through material selection, production and transport. The power consumption (typical) of the CS2400S has been reduced by 25 percent compared to its predecessor, the CS2420, from 26 watts to 18 watts. Since 2021, EIZO has been striving to gradually save as many unsustainable packaging materials as possible. The CS2400S is the first ColorEdge monitor to ship without Styrofoam padding.

CS2400S-LE - A Limited Edition
A limited edition, the ColorEdge CS2400S-LE, is already available. The ColorEdge CS2400S-LE (Limited Edition) is fully compatible with all Windows PCs and Intel Macs. Apple M1/2 devices may currently be incompatible due to a special feature of the image signal. Under special circumstances, this can lead to flickering of the monitor image. By means of a firmware update, the refresh rate can be limited to 30 Hz., whereby the flickering disappears.
