Product Safety, Cybersecurity and Reporting Security Vulnerabilities

Our Approach to Product Safety and Cybersecurity

The security of our products is a key component of our quality and development approach. We take security requirements into account early in the development process and adhere to principles such as "security by design," continuous assessment, and structured vulnerability management. Development, quality, and support teams work closely together to ensure the long-term security and reliability of our products.

Reporting Security Vulnerabilities and Security Incidents

If you discover a potential security vulnerability or a security-related incident involving an EIZO product, please report it to us through our designated reporting channel.

Reports are reviewed and, if necessary, forwarded to the relevant product and security teams within the EIZO Group. To this end, EIZO maintains a Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT) that collects, analyzes, and processes security reports.

Responsible Vulnerability Disclosure

EIZO welcomes reports from customers, partners, security researchers, and other third parties regarding potential security vulnerabilities in EIZO products.

We recommend that you initially share information about potential vulnerabilities with us confidentially. This allows us to conduct a proper assessment and to develop and provide appropriate countermeasures, information, or updates.

Vulnerability Management and Incident Response

EIZO actively monitors security-related information regarding its own products and the components used in them. If potential vulnerabilities are identified, we assess their impact and, if necessary, provide appropriate information, recommendations, countermeasures, or updates.
