FlexScan Case Study
STADLER SYSTEC
The specialist for turnkey technology integration for high-availability control rooms from a single source has found a reliable and long-term partner in EIZO.

Monitors are an essential part of the daily work in control centers of critical infrastructures. Not only do they have to deliver excellent image quality, they also have to function reliably for many years – and usually in 24/7 operation. For the owner-managed company STADLER SYSTEC, which specializes in turnkey technology integration for control centres, control rooms and control rooms, choosing the right monitor manufacturer is therefore a strategic decision. Both the technical performance of the products and a reliable, long-term partnership are among the decisive factors.
Clear requirements for technology, quality and reliability

"In the project business, fast availability, reliability, support and product quality are important to us. EIZO delivers on all these points," explains Markus Stadler, CEO at STADLER SYSTEC. "You can tell that the products have been developed for demanding environments. The long warranty on many models is a clear signal that the manufacturer is convinced of its quality and this fits in very well with our own quality standards."
Direct manufacturer contact as a success factor

"Reliable support and delivery reliability are extremely important for us in the project business. With EIZO, we experience support that is reliable and where you can actually reach someone. Especially when you need a clean solution quickly in an ongoing project, this direct, friendly and binding cooperation is a real plus."

The connection to EIZO did not come about by chance. STADLER SYSTEC had already implemented larger office projects in the past, including in the banking sector, where EIZO was already an established name. With the stronger focus on control centers and control rooms, environments in which technology must function permanently and failures are not an option, it made sense to rely on a brand that has already proven itself many times in practice. The collaboration has now lasted for over ten years.
Reliability that makes the difference
From a sales perspective, the added value of the partnership is particularly evident in concrete project business: "We have already used EIZO monitors in numerous projects in a wide range of industries – for example in the chemical industry, in network control centers and traffic control centers as well as amusement parks," explains David Mrnak, Sales Manager at STADLER SYSTEC.

"We mainly use 24-inch models such as the EV2400R, EV2456 and EV2460, but also larger displays such as the EV2760 (27-inch) or EV3895 (37.5-inch, ultrawide). For us as a system integrator, it is crucial that we can rely on long-term product availability, spare parts and consistently excellent support, from fast quotation preparation to sound technical advice and reliable after-sales service. This is exactly what makes EIZO so valuable for us and our customers."
Practical and project-friendly: EIZO collective packaging
"In almost all projects, we mount the monitors on our specially developed monitor support arm system. This allows us to create optimized and customer-specific table and monitor configurations," explains David Mrnak. "We don't need traditional feet for this. Collective packaging without feet is therefore ideal for us, especially because the requirements in the office area differ significantly from those in the Mission Critical Control Room."

A look into the future
"Ergonomics and image quality remain key factors, as do long-term availability and spare parts stocks. Standard monitors are still a very good choice for many applications," explains David Mrnak.
"Depending on the application scenario, however, curved models can also be interesting, provided that the format suits both the application and the technical components used for signal transmission.
Which monitor solutions will be preferred in the future depends heavily on the industry and customer requirements. Increasing use of larger display diagonals is also conceivable, provided the technology works reliably and the additional costs are borne by the customer. Although 24-inch models continue to dominate at present, there is a growing willingness to invest in larger formats such as 27 or 32 inches for greater comfort and clarity. Ultrawide monitors are also becoming interesting where applications can be used flexibly."

Conclusion
It is precisely this mix of technology, reliability, service and proven EIZO quality that makes the difference for STADLER SYSTEC.
